Why this sport? |
"In my pre-teen years, I showed potential in short running events. Eventually, I decided on weightlifting after a physical education coach at Chonburi Sports School made me try out for the school team. I was just 15 and was all fired up to learn new techniques. As I enjoy individual sports, and find it more challenging and cool to have the audience's attention on me, I knew weightlifting was the sport for me. I enjoy being the centre of attention.'' |
