He and teammate Marcel Lopuchovsky became the first Slovakian male athletes to compete at both the Olympic Games and Olympic Winter Games when they were part of the four-man bobsleigh team at the 2010 Games in Vancouver. Lopuchovsky had competed in the 4x400m relay at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, and Tesovic had previously represented Slovakia in weightlifting at the 1996 and 2004 summer Games.
