She trains at the Polideportivo Batalla in Carabobo. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday she has two training sessions of two hours each. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday only one that lasts two hours. She is also on a strict diet that features a lot of protein and little carbohydrates. |

She went with a friend to train one day and started doing athletics, three years later a coach saw her and suggested the switch to weightlifting. |
