FROM BULGARIA TO AZERBAIJAN
He won gold under the Bulgarian flag at the 2007 World Championships in Chiang Mai, Thailand, before making the switch to represent Azerbaijan in 2011. In late 2012 he decided to come back to Bulgaria with his partner Boyanka Kostova. However, he returned to Azerbaijan in 2014 to train and compete at the World Championships in Almaty, Kazakhstan. SUSPENSION
